Chambered bullets are not properly synchronized between players after firing

Description

When a bullet is chambered it can be seen in the model, but after they are fired they still show for other players but not the one who fired it themselves.

Chamber any gun

View gun internally to see visible bullet

Fire gun

Have someone else view guns internals to see if bullet is still there (if that person then relogs they will notice the bullet is gone)

Additional Information

This issue makes it a problem for any weapon with visible munition, so something like a bow or slingshot would be greatly affected by this.

This can also be fixed by chambering the gun with another bullet after its been fired and then ejecting the round
