I have noticed that VOIP is not working during my sessions. It can happen anytime during a session - it has been immediate or at any time. Most commonly it happens around the 60-90 minute mark.

This has been happening for over a month now and I have tried multiple tests and fixes, this report is my last attempt at resolving the issue.

The microphone is working fine - I have checked all settings have not been altered during an update. This includes privacy, levels and properties.
The microphone is proven to be working fine as I have recorded gameplay where my microphone is being captured.
I have updated all drivers and have even purchased a new microphone to see if that has any impact.

In game, the VOIP symbol comes up but other players in the server have verified that my character's mouth is not moving.
We have tried the 50m trick - running away and running back, this did not work.
The only thing that fixes it is a complete relog - shutting down the game and rejoining.

I have even deleted all mods and even the whole game and reinstalled. Not fixed.
