Are you running any mods? If so, does disabling/uninstalling them let you into the game?

Hello again.
Can you try to run the game -nocharmenu parameter? (add the parameter within launcher in the launch parameters section)

Also, please try to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ , then disable Steam cloud sync and verify the game data through Steam.
