I am not able to use the disinfectant spray or any alcohol to disinfect any clothing or gear. It will only work on rags and bandages. Character will have the sickness icon pop up sometimes even when all stats are full which seems to indicate that the gear may be contaminated?

u simply cant disinfect clothes, gear, whatever.
and u wont get sick from those as this isnt a feature at the moment.
im sure this comes back once food poisoning makes a return.
