Need More Info, NormalPublic

I few days ago, my game started to crash within the first 2 to 5 minutes after i joined an online server (tried on multiple servers).

When it crashes i get an "0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCCESS_VIOLATION" and when i go to the event viewer I have an error at the exact same time who says "BAD_MODULE_INFO".

Here is the crash report:

What I have already tried:

  • Reinstall the game
  • Rename Documents/Arma 3 and Documents/Arma 3 - Other Profiles to get them regenerated to see if they where corrupt
  • Rename AppData/Local arma3 directories to get them regenerated to check for corruption
  • Reinstall the graphic driver (I changed my graphic card a few month ago from a gtx 960 to a gtx 1070)
  • Check with different mod pack of different servers to see if it was the mod I was using
  • I monitored for my RAM usage and it never goes full (I have 16GB of RAM).

Arma 3 is the only game where I have an issue.

Can you help me to resolve this bug ?

Thank you

(5- Arctis 7 Chat)

try unplugging your headset, it might cause issues.
It will probably stop crashing when that headset is not plugged in.
Also you shouldn't use the 1-channel chat mode for Arma 3.
Arma needs atleast stereo sound.

Sorry for responding that late.

The audio configuration was the issue. My headset has two audio output channels and the correct config disapeared leaving the mono chat chennel being the default channel.

Setting again the stereo channel as default solved the issue.

(Crashing for beeing in a mono channel is a bit odd x) )

Thank you for your help !

PS: Maybe documenting this case on this communtiy post can be helpful to help other players in the same case.

Best regards.
