So after v1.14 dropped its way harder to stealth attack zombies for some reason. In v1.13 it was enough to have low noise shoes (Athletic Shoes, Running Shoes), crouch jog behind them and stab. Now there are almost no difference between light shoes and boots anymore, cause infected hear them from same distance.

Also i think this feature from v1.13 doesn't work anymore: "Increased Noise dampening to reduce better the hearing ability of infected through obstacles". Now infected can hear and agrro me inside buildings better than in v1.13.
