Are you using some sort of USB headset? Are all software drivers you are using up to date? And can you please upload the generated archive with the crash dump files? Alternatively you can find the dump files in C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder.
The folder is hidden by default, so you will have to enable hidden files and folders in Windows in case you haven't done that yet.
