I've done a lot of research in over last three weeks to try and figure fix this problem and i've think its something to do with disk spikes,
This does happen in vanilla but its a lot worse playing on a modded server, pressing tab with nothing in hand will mini freeze for 0.1 - 1 second, if i have a modded item in hand or on my character its alot worse, sometimes freezing for up to 8 - 9 seconds.
Opening task manager and resource show only disk spiking to 100%. normally its at 4% - 5% playing dayz,, when i press tab it spikes up alot and sometimes it hits 100%, that's when it freeze's
cpu/gpu/ram are all very low.
it also stutters just running around the world. freezing randomly from 1 second to 9 seconds, sometimes this ends up as a crash, i will attach logs of this. sometimes i can play for 10 - 20 minutes without this happening. the majority of time i can run around and play the game as usual with 140+ fps but when it has to "load" something in, disk spikes.
I put on a modded ghillie suit an it was absolutely unplayable. it was constantly just freezing every microsecond, On the workshop they were all highly rated and no support problems,
This isn't unique to one server, iv tried a multiple of servers, i'm linking a video below that showcases the same problem, but i don't freeze when shooting zombies,

also the solution in this video did not work for me,
Six friends that all have worst pc specs than me and do not have this problem on any of the server we have tried.

gtx 2060
ssd WDC WDS 100T2G0A-00JH30
I've tried reinstalling windows.
Unsubscribe from every mod and reinstalled.
Verified Dayz,
Set high priority to dayz.exe.
All my drivers are up to date
Windows is uptoday.
Steam and Dayz installed on the same ssd ( i only have one )
Checked for disc errors.
disk fragmentation.
Freed up over 500gb of space.
Double checked virtual memory and tried different setting.
Turned discord hardware acceleration off.
