Quite a few times when I heavy swing the fire axe, It goes what looks like a heavy fist hit (as shown trice in the video)

Not sure how to reproduce this exactly.
What I did was blocking a few hits from infected then shift + left mouse for a heavy attack.
Most of the times its the axe swing, but a few times it was a fisting.

No concrete idea as to how as of yet.
