With Sonic, Atmos or Headphone X enabled there is no vertical audio.

If someone is firing a gun directly above you or a helicopter is flying above you and both are slightly in front of you it will sound like they are on the ground instead of above you, especially noticeable on KOTH servers when someone is firing a gun from a tower while you are on the ground below them.
