This appears to be related to some modded AI. Do you run some kind of mod that adds modded AI?(Companions or something similar?)

In that case it is very likely it is this mod causing the problem.
In such case there is not much we can do on our end as the issue has to be fixed by the mod creator.
If you can not run the server due to the mod, then we suggest uninstalling the mod.
