When the initial release of 1.13 was released we enjoyed a brief period of 3D VOIP where you could hear the direction that VOIP was coming from, in a similar way to how we can now hear the direction or gunshots and animals. When the hot fix was released we lost the 3D VOIP so we can no longer hear the direction of VOIP.

Steps To Reproduce
Stand in front of a player and have them talk to you in game chat. Turn 90 degrees either way and get then to speak to you in game chat again. The VOIP audio does not change, you cannot hear where the voice is coming from.
