The 4th gear is absolutely anemic. When shifting from 3rd (~110 kph) to 4th gear the car slows down due to the shifting and takes forever to climb back up to 110-120 kph. Its almost impossible to go above 4000 rpm in 4th gear. Its only "effective" range seems to be from 115 kph to 120 kph.

Just get in a Sarka and floor it on the costal "highway".
Additional Information
The real world equivalent (Škoda 120) is able to reach top speeds of 140-150 kph depending on the model. Bumping up the top speed and fixing the acceleration would give the 4th gear a purpose.
