Hi,
Since the new update there has been a dramatic change with the lack of directional sound from all gunshots fired. When a shot is heard, you cannot tell from which direction or if it’s near or far. Please fix this ASAP as it is detrimental to the gameplay when you can now accidentally run towards combat rather than away to safety if you’re unprepared or outnumbered.

I’ve been having the same problem I recently redownloaded the game again and the first server I go into I instantly notice that the gunshots aren’t omnidirectional anymore Ive been having this problem since the new update came out and my friends are having the same problems too.

Same here! Directional sounds by animals & gunshots do not exist since Patch 1.13 on DayZ Xbox One & Series S/X
