Noticed this last night on my server. A friend of mine was having bad lag spikes on his end causing him to desync. The desync issue is 100% from his ISP not not related to Dayz whatsoever. The issue was if we drove our car near him, we began to desync as well and flew all over the place (There was only 1 person in the car. I was on the other side of the map listening to them). As soon as the laggy player logged out everything went back to normal. He logged back in after and we avoided driving near him for the remainder of the night. (Many KM's away)
