When you get knocked unconscious you can’t see the hud at all so you don’t know if your health is down or if your losing blood or how many cuts you have, another great thing that come with this pos update

This is not a bug. The UI was never visible when in unconscious state and it should not be.

Not true it was always there for everybody on every console

If it has appeared previously, then it was a bug. The UI should not be visible when unconscious. That is the intended state. (The reasoning is that you should not be able to see your state as you are unconscious - you would not be able to check whether you are bleeding when you are unsconscious in real life scenario).
