On the experimental/unstable servers gunshot audio is not working properly at short ranges and is not very accurate or traceable at long distances, within a few hundred meters gunshots sound like they are coming from 360° rather than the location of the shooter, I play with several people who have noticed this issue, it makes firefights very one sided and makes suppressors unnecessary for players because they eont receive an audio indicator of your location, you can engage/be engaged at a distance and it is extremely hard to discern where the shot came from. This has the same effect with suppressed weapons, the shots always sounds like they are in the exact same position as you.
