It once crashed and then I can't play it properly anymore

From your crash, something bad with your graphics card or graphics driver.

You have no mods loaded, even though you are joining a modded server that runs RHS, ACE, CBA

Don't do that. Load the correct mods for your server/mission. That probably solves your issues.
