There are random times when aiming where the sights on the gun are to the side, it can be iron-sights or any other scope. I do not know how to reproduce it as it happens at random times and not when doing something specific.

A relog into the server seems to fix the issue tho.

There is a possibility that this can happen when you get shot in the hands/arm or flinching from explosion.
