Using local dedicated server on experimental branch, with only one user connected.

Issue: When retrieving a barrel (both Fire & Normal) from M3S truck, it gets stuck in hand in a weird position (horizontal like other items), running is still possible, and it's impossible to place it on the ground.

Bypass: Only disconnect / reconnect sets barrel in the expected status. After reconnect everything goes back to normal
The by-pass can work when applied to a local tweaked server (1s connect / reconnect) but seem impossible to use on community servers.
