At some spots in certain sheds (it worked in a large wooden shed; large garden shed; large tin shed), when there is a wooden crate dropped inside the shed, you can access it from the outside: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOS-9oD9UNA

There is only a few spots where it works. It doesn't seem to work along the whole wall, the crate needs to be placed at a certain area in the shed and against the wall.

If you walk along this wall on the outside then, you can access the crate.

It only works when having some distance to the wall, and when looking in a certain direction.

This works in 1.12 and 1.13 experimental.
