KA-M & Universal Flashlight log in bug.. please fix

Description

When I respawn or after relogging in the game. My universal flashlight would Always "one or more item(s) has been drop on the ground for unknown reason" is the notification of very first thing on my screen after logging back on DayZ. Is this an easy bug to fix?

So what would happen is after logging back on. My univeral flash light that would drop to the ground i have to reattach it back to my KA-M. That would be the only thing on the ground. No other items of mine would drop. My KA-M has Rails so i could attached my flashlight. It is still happening. What do i need to do or can i fix this myself? If so, how?

Please help fix bug

was your akm damaged? have it been damaged before? That used to happen when you had a ruined type of cloth or backpack on, all the items inside that damaged item would appear on the ground as soon as you join back

No, the weapon is only Worn and Not ruined. I dont keep ruined item on me. ;)
Although, Idk if it got fixed or what but today it didn't drop my universal flashlight on the ground. If it continues to i will update you. Thank You
