Steps To Reproduce
I have updated my graphics card drivers, DirektX. I did a file integrity check. Replaced files from DayZ Exp to DayZ. Disabled Steam overlay. I tried to run it in the launcher in debug mode (bulldozer). I reinstalled the Game again. None of this worked.

Please try to delete the following folders C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Exp. Also, make sure you are not using Steam cloud sync.
