I'm not sure what happened, but despite deleting and reinstalling arma 3, I get this error not and cant start my game, any assistance would be appreciated. I'm sure it might've been something I deleted, as I was trying to make space to download the game, but need help identifying what it was.

Additional Information
When I click on the option to play the game (with and without mods), I get "arma3_x64.exe - System Error" and closes the launcher.
I also get exit code: 0xC0000135 - STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND

Try verifying game files in steam.
Or maybe update/reinstall DirectX or Microsoft C++ redistributable 2013 64bit
