Game crashes about 4-5 time/hr with error 0xC0000005 - ACCESS_VIOLATION

This started after the last update before last update i have 4500hrs in arma without any issues, built a new computer 6 weeks ago but it run smooth as usual until the update.
I don't experience any lag or anything prior to the crash it's just frezzes and close the game (not the launcher)

The steps i have taken to try to find the problem is the following:
Reinstall the game.
Update firmware on the drives M.2
Updated and downgraded the graphics driver
Reinstall DirectX
Reinstall C++ files
Tried with stock settings on CPU & GPU (no overclocking)
And my last hope was to reistall the whole machine with only Arma on it this time i installed Arma on a different drive to rule out any issues with the drive.
I have tried different servers and SP still the same
Have checked the installed files
I have tried different graphic setting
Hyperthreading on/off
Tried Intel TBB 4 and JEMalloc memory allocator
I have tried with mods and pure vanilla, all the same but sometimes it feels that it's getting worse in vanilla especially with the new S.O.G DLC

I don't have any issues what so ever with any other game or software. It feels now like it's some conflict between the latest update and the hardware.

32Gb 4x8 G.Skill 16 CAS memory
ROG Strix Geforce 2080Ti
Samsung Pro M.2 and SSD Drives
Watercooled

CPU and GPU is about 34-38C while playing arma
