Hello Rafain.
If you are behind a locker door you can melee the door to damage it to the point it will open again. You can also log into another server that is on the same hive (for example, if you play first person only server, logging to another first person view server will do) to reset the character position.
In case you still were unable to get out by doing one of the above, you can post the link to your Steam account in here and we can try to mvoe the character.
