[Feature Request] Documentation on modding the new main menu(or a way to disable it)

Description

My community, and others, have made customized interfaces for the main menu. SOG is overwriting it all.

I believe the file responsible for changing the interface is the EMM.ebo. I tried adding it to the requireaddons section of the mod that changes the interface for my community, but I couldn't get it working.

So I'm asking for some documentation on how to mod this new menu interface, or for a way to turn it off via some startup parameters or an extra addon.

there's no official documentation on how to do this right now but you can check how we're doing it in my community:

This menu will be accessible via "Extras" >> "My custom menu".
