Steps To Reproduce

Hop in an F-4 Phantom as the pilot. Advance the throttle a little so the engine starts and the canopy closes.
Now eject. Observe as you are liquified.

This doesn't happen at a 100% rate so it may take one or two tries. It's pretty frequent though.
