On the UH-34D (M60), a frozen muzzle flash is visible on the bottom right side of the nose when in first-person view. This can be seen from the Crew Chief's position when aiming down sights, and from certain passenger seats. It is not visible on the UH-34D (M60 x2). It can be seen in the bottom left of the screenshot.
