Playing DayZ on PC since it was Arma2 mod, 1000+ hours played. Recently decided to go try to get some "original" DayZ experience and started playing on official servers (without any mods).

Within last week I found 2 heli crashes, however both of them disappeared once I came close:

first one I saw from very far away, it was behind the hill. Was not able to see the smoke, just the heli itself. Once I climbed to the top of the hill, there were no signs of heli and no zombies. After searching the area again and again I thought my eyes were playing tricks with me and moved on...

found second one today on NWAF, next to the crashed plane. Saw the heli and smoke. When I moved close, the heli disappeared, but zombies were still there. Once I moved even closer, zombies disappeared in a blink of an eye. No loot left from heli :(

Is this a known issue?

Are all helis currently bugged?
