Can doors be opened quieter when crouching holding [F].
this will be useful for combat or looting in towns full of zombies.

Can zombies be less attracted to crouch running, would be useful.. I also think crouch walking is quite loud and can be heard even if a player is inside a building across the street.
Can the same be applied to reloading mags? reloading slower but quieter? Holding right mouse button down with mag in hands.
