After the latest patch 1 on 1.12 version I still have some troubles swaping items (mostly clothes) from the inventory. I tried to change a badly damaged jacket for a new one, I put the new in my hand and then dragged it to the position of the damaged one, fail. I put the new jacket in my bag and dragged again and fail again. I didn't want to change directly from the vecinity because I was afraid of loosing all my items. The only way I could change my clothes was to put the new one in my hands, drag all the items from my jacket to the new one, and then drop the damaged one on the floor and just then put my new jacket in the inventory slot. The same problem happened with my pants.
