The russian helicrash site is realy difficult to find, since they don't have any smoke, they mix realy well with the envirolment, makint it harder to see. Maybe adding a new skin suck as green with a red star on the sides would help, or even adding smoke to it too.

The helo crash sites are regularly moved around the map by the central loot economy system. It helps players find them when they spawn at bad places.
Closer to the release of a new update the developers will increase the number of spawning helo crashes.
Players who aggressively scan the environment should be rewarded, the smoke-less crash sites are for them.
