Game issue - Dayz immediately goes non-responsive after launch and continues to load data into memory until crash from low memory.
Need More Info, NormalPublic

Description

So I'll run through what happens. I open the launcher from steam and select play without mods (or with mods, it doesn't matter what I select, problem persists). Dayz opens up a black fullscreen window and then immediately shows in the task manager as unresponsive. While it is unresponsive it is loading data into memory and within about 10 seconds it is using all of my system memory, a total of 16Gb, causing itself to crash as well as any other program running, including Steam. This problem only started within the last week or two and am unable to figure out why. I have tried to unsubscribe from all workshop content, then uninstall and reinstall Dayz through Steam. I have tried updating my graphics driver to no avail as well as checking that my DirectX is up to date and not corrupt. I am able to run Day Experimental with no issue as well. I have also tried running without battle eye which does nothing.

Hello Madboy633.
Were there any software changes since you have started to experience this?
Also, can you please try the following?:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*YourID*\
In there, you have the following folders
221100 for stable client
1024020 for experimental

Delete the whole 221100 folder.
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (Make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled prior to doing this) - config files can also be deleted manually from: C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ

Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters

Regards,
Geez
