Since the latest hotfix our players are reporting items inside bases are despawning, despite the flags being raised. This has happened to spotlights/construction lamps both connected to generators and disconnected ones. It is also happening to backpacks filled with gear left on the ground in bases.

This is not a bug but is intended to behave this way. Flag currently has a 5 day refresh rate and refreshes the lifetime on the items in its vicinity every five days. Any items dropped below the flag that have lifetime shorter than five days will still get cleaned up (for example, backpacks).
