I have all vehicles in spawnabletypes.xml to spawn with 4 tires and chance="1.00". If a vehicle takes 4 tires and has a spot for a spare, the vehicle will often spawn with 3 on the car and 1 in the spare slot. Seeing some cars spawn with no tires. Sumrak said this is a bug.

Hello Weyland.
So if we understand correctly, there are two issues. The first issue is that the vehicle spawns with 3 tires on the vehicle and one in the spare slot instead of all of them being on the vehicle, and the second issue is that some vehicles spawn without any tires? If that is so, are the vehicles that spawn without any wheels random or is it always the same type of a vehicle? (if so, which?)
