modded items with scope 1 despawning

Ive noticed an issue with the base flags not sure if it is across the board on all modded servers or not. If i place any item from a mod including our custom vending machines and billboards within range of a Territory Flag Kit and they have a scope of 1 the items despawn no matter what way we have them called in either via the init, trader objects or admin tool map editing methods, the items respawn on server restart but after about 30-60 mins the item will be gone, i've noticed it happening with only modded items ie, buildings and objects from mods.

Steps To Reproduce

place an item from a mod for eg, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2270098553 the church from this mod, construct the territory flag kit and leave it for a couple of hours the building will be gone. ive noticed it only seems to be items with a scope of 1 that are doing this as some of my billboards are scope 2 and stay around, this makes it hard for me to edit the map with extra items for players to build in, my main testing area is the pier in Kamarovo area

Hello djlightman.
Any item that you want to persist through the territory flag has to be in types.xml (in database) and has to be inherited from itembase ideally.
