When picking items up from the Vicinity, specifically containers, the item cannot be moved directly to inventory. This only occurs when an item that hasn't previously been in the inventory is picked up / transferred. Clothing and weapons can be equipped to the character without issue.

Steps To Reproduce
go to any item in zombie inventory or other container, press x while hovering over it.
Additional Information
Can be remedied by moving item to hand, then to inventory.
