Grenades going off when picked up.

Description

I'm running a private server with a few mods. But grenades and smoke grenades go off when picked up.

I've tried holding F so I can pickup to have, I've dragged to inventory and the normal F. All result in me dying or a walking plume of smoke.

Others on my server are having same issues

Join my server and find a grenade to try it out

Can you try disabling some of the mods you are running to be sure this is not caused by one of them?

I have had the same issue, i reinstalled the server with no mods and still the same thing
