Steps To Reproduce

Take a tactical belt ( MilitaryBelt ) make it somehow damaged - it turns black due to a missing rvmat

Additional Information

"mil_belt_damage.rvmat", "mil_belt_destruct.rvmat" dont exist yet they are defined in the config.
