Hello, my xbox account gamertag is "okii inu ksa"
I have tried and tried, but I can NOT connect to any of the American servers, or other world wide servers. I keep getting the error: "connecting failed: an unknown error has occurred" on my xbox one s. Using a wired connection to my router.

I reset the cache, and cleared the MAC address as advised by Dominik via RT. I rebooted the xbox, modem, router, but the game still will not connect. I have reinstalled this game a half dozen times. The only BI forums advice is from 2014 for this specific issue. I have the game on a wire to the router and this should not be happening.

At this point, I want a full refund, because all I got in response from Dominik was "I will forward this to the developers" after he suggested I try clearing the MAC address. This original error report was from a secondary account to totofteamksa@yahoo.com, because I forgot I had made this account for my purchase of the game. That secondary account error report was BI-RT #218627, but it is a useless number for this primary account which is I purchased the game on. (My primary account is though xbox is using game pass membership for stevenkellams@msn.com.)

I no longer believe you will help me as I did not get any other response to that initial error report as of Jan 15, 2021. It has been months since I purchased the game, and I have waited and waited, but no fix has been reported. Please let me know how to get a full refund of this game which I can NOT play because of this connection error.
