I know this isn't the place to report a cheater, but i don't know where to go, i don't think BattlEye will even help with this

I was driving along the road on the south of the map in my M3S truck when my screen flashed red a few tims and i randomly took some damage, 3 seconds later i hear about 3-4 shots to my north, maybe 1000m - 1500m away. I stopped my truck got out and seen my plate carrier was badly damaged and NBC Jacket ruined, I logged out after.
