As in the title mentioned, the Pouches when attached to the Plate Carrier don't give extra Hotbar-Slots. I understand that the Plate Carrier alone doesn't give you more Hotbar-Slots to work with. But with the Pouches attached it shouldn't be handled different than other vests with pockets on them for quick access.

I read somewhere that I can give suggestions on this page here, even though I only could choose 'Bug Report'. Hope this is the appropriate place for this.
