Roof of building Land_Factory_Main_F renders in front of things placed on top of it when viewed at long range
New, NormalPublic

Description

The building Land_Factory_Main_F has a sloped roof, upon which you can place objects and units. At long distances, this roof renders in front of the things you place on top of it, even if the things should be in front of the roof instead.

Okay, so it's a little tricky to describe, but you'll see it immediately once you test it.

Steps To Reproduce

Place a Land_Factory_Main_F (or use the one on Altis at [5385,17883]).

Place an object or unit on top of the building's uppermost metal roof.

Place a playable unit, equipped with a Rangefinder, 700+ metres away, in a sufficiently elevated position that it can see the lower side of the sloped roof from an equal or greater height. For the building on Altis, [5417,17237] is a good spot.

Play as the unit you placed. Using the Rangefinder, examine the roof of the building. Note that the unit or object you placed on top of it is occluded, as if it were behind the roof rather than on top of it. If the unit you placed on the roof was in the prone stance, note that it is invisible.

Additional Information

Land_Mine_01_warehouse_F is also affected by this.

The small sloped metal roof by the ladder on the side of the building also produces this effect. However, the large lower metal roof does not.

I also tested a few similar buildings under the same conditions - only the two listed had this effect, although my test was not an exhaustive run through of every building in the game.
