For over 4 months the game was working perfectly. Now whenever I try to launch the game, a black screen pops up with the classic loading circle and after 5 minutes I get the windows message that the program is not responding. Every other game that I have on Steam it works perfectly.
After trying many things that I read on the internet that fixed nothing for me, I did a clean wipe of my pc to factory settings and re install windows 10. Download Steam and DayZ,, and to my big surprise the same thing happens.
The only thing that I can think of is that the day that this problem started, is that while I was playing Dayz, the connection was having some issues and I was kicked off the game many times. The message that I was getting into the game before I get kicked off, was "No message received" and counting to 10 seconds. Keep in mind that my connection now is perfectly fine since I am in a different place then the place that I was having connection problems.
