When crafting a fence kit near a gardening plot on the outer edge or corner it will clip below the gardening plot and not be accessible. When building a fence/gate. The fence kit drops to the ground and is not accessible below gardening plot.

Steps To Reproduce
Two different ways to do this -
Craft fence-kit on outer edge/corner. (Have not tried with anything other than fence kits)
or
Place fence kit on ground to build wall.
Build wall
Fence kit will auto drop on the ground below gardening plot.
Additional Information
The gardening plots had tomato plants and peppers fully grown.
