Civs don't panic under fire when shooter shoot in long range [ModuleCivilianPresence_F]

Description

This mission will demonstrate what I mean:

It appears that civilians spawned by [ModuleCivilianPresence_F] do not react to danger if the shooter is far away.
I don't know how this functionality works. But it might be worth include suppressed EH in Civilian Presence function.

It would be nice if the civilian responded to the deaths of other civilians near him. And also for the passage of shells\bullets near to him if the shooter is far.

  2. shoot civilians (kill and shoot near them) comment: the red top hat over the city is a reference point
