If you turn your camera quickly the item will throw in the direction the camera is looking instead of where the player is facing. Turning quick enough can lead to someone throwing it 180* behind them

Just as you throw the item quickly turn your players camera in a random direction (player will then throw in that direction instead of original/intentional direction)
