When launching the game by joining directly a server, no matter which launcher, the game will freeze during the loading. If i wait for a few minutes, i get a timeout.
If i join through the client, i can get to the menu fine, but my character will Tpose and the game wont do anything.

I have tried disabling steam overlay, clearing cache, verifiying game files, deleting the game and mods, launching through dzsalauncher, using -nocharmenu, tried playing exp too which didnt work, deleting the 221100, copying exp files into normal DayZ.

Have you tried to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder?
