Game Crashing on Startup

Description

I've tried everything i can think of to fix this problem but nothing has worked.
Here is a list of everything I have tried

  • Verified game cache
  • Deleted DayZ file in My Documents
  • Reinstalled several times
  • Run Dayz.exe/Dayz_BE.exe/Dayz_x64.exe as Administrator
  • Installed on C and D drive
  • Reinstalled steam
  • Launched steam as administrator
  • Updated Nvidia drivers
  • Scanned system for corrupt files

I just recently got a new PC and DayZ just inst working on this PC and im disappointed. Please Help Fix This Issue

Hello Staticflame.

Please try the following:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*YourID*\
In there, you have the following folders
221100 for stable client
1024020 for experimental

Delete the whole 221100 folder.
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (Make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled prior to doing this)
After doing this, make sure you launch the game through Steam and connect through the in game browser as third party launchers as DZSA can still cause problems.
